Refund policy

At Bellezza Miami, we want you to love every order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To initiate a return, please email us at info@bellezzamiami.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened nail glue or adhesives (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Used or opened nail kits and boxes
• Discounted or sale items (unless defective)
• Gift cards
• Opened cuticle oil 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you received a damaged item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or are missing something from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bellezzamiami.com.
